Tymes Trust Alert 2012-11 Message from Jane 20 November 2012 ====== Follow Jane on Twitter @JaneCColby or read her tweets at www.tymestrust.org ====== YOUNG HEARTS POETRY WINNER And: 'Snow Problem!' jolly snowman stickers - order now! ====== Caught you! I bet you thought we were announcing the poetry winner already! We're not, but we do want our winner to receive their prize for Young Hearts Day on Thursday 29th November so we'll be making the final choice on this coming Monday 26th. After that date, we'll still be collecting poems as this is a longer term project. But the Young Hearts Day bag will have been allocated for this year. TWITTER Many of you probably don't use Twitter, but you can always have a peek at what I've been tweeting about lately by going to the Tymes Trust website www.tymestrust.org and clicking the link to my tweets. This doesn't commit you to registering with Twitter. I am fortunate to have a lovely group of followers who are supportive of the Trust's work and ask me lots of questions, which keeps me on my toes, explaining what the Trust does, as well as having a general chat, and letting them know some of the difficulties that children with ME and their families face. SNOW PROBLEM! JOLLY SNOWMAN STICKERS http://www.tymestrust.org/img/tymes-snowman-stickers.jpg I tweeted this link already, so Twitter followers will already know that these jolly snowmen are all waiting to be stuck on envelopes and inside Christmas cards. All you need to do is send a donation and let us know how many stickers you need. You can post us a cheque, or if you prefer to order online, just use the Donations facility at http://www.tymestrust.org/donations.htm and send a Contact Us form with your contact details and requirements. It's getting a bit late for ordering more stocks in, so please don't leave it to the last minute in case we run out. We also have your old favourite HO HO HO Santa stickers available as well. We find that stickers are versatile because whatever cards you are using, charity or plain, stickers can be used in conjunction with them. Also we just like them! Life can be difficult enough with ME, so it's good to have something cheery to put a smile on people's faces. There is more good news to tell you next time, and I'm just working on that now, for our forthcoming issue of Tymes Tidings. Don't forget that our Advice Line Team are on hand to answer your questions; just leave a message on our voicemail if you aren't answered straight away. Someone will call you back as soon as possible.
